Monday through Thursday - 7:00am to 7:00pm
Friday - 7:00am to 5:00pm

Our “inclusive” one of a kind 6000 square foot facility is equipped with the best equipment available. Included in our facility is a unique “Sensory Room” for individuals with special needs, 25 yards of artificial turf, cardiovascular machines, powerlifting equipment, Olympic lifting platforms, plyometric boxes, a rock-climbing wall, and much more. Our facility is as unique as our programming, each specifically designed for each population.
